The concept is to have a relaxing time with coffee in a spacious living room. There are 4 rooms in total, and the private rooms are equipped with home appliances and furniture such as air conditioners, beds, and ......morerefrigerators, so you can start living right away. The common area is equipped with all the necessary tools for life, such as microwaves, rice cookers, cooking utensils, and tableware. Nishi-Nippori Station and Nippori Station are within a 6-minute walk from the share house, and it is easily accessible from each line, and there are many shops in front of the station. It is also a very safe environment. The popular Yanaka area is nearby, so it's a fun area to walk around. This is a new share house that was renovated in May 2024!
