This old private house share house, with a calm common space where you can enjoy books, was named "Sosia" after a bookshop in the Edo period called "Soshiya", which published and sold ukiyo-e woodblock prints and illustrated books known as "Kuso-Soshi".

The concept of the share house is 'quiet living'.
The share house sits in a corner of a quiet residential area. We've installed a bookshelf in the living room, so each of you can enjoy reading your favourite books, or put down your favourite books and enjoy introducing them to each other. The quiet environment makes it a good choice for those who want to enhance their home time by teleworking.

The first floor has been plastered on the walls to give it the feel of an old folk house café, while the second floor is covered in cloth to create a slightly chic and relaxed interior. All seven private rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, beds, refrigerators and other appliances and furniture, so you can start living right away. The common areas are fully equipped with microwave ovens, rice cookers, cooking utensils, tableware and all the tools necessary for daily life.

Narimasu Station on the Tobu Tojo Line is a 12-minute walk away, and Narimasu Subway Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line is a 9-minute walk away.
8 minutes to Ikebukuro Station by express train on the Tobu Tojo Line. Using the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line, you can get to Shinjuku and Shibuya in about 27 minutes, giving you excellent access to the city centre.
Being able to get to Ikebukuro and Shibuya without transfers is great for commuting to work and school.

In front of the station there is a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores!
The Seiyu Narimasu shop at the north exit is open 24 hours a day. Even if you're late for work, you'll have peace of mind knowing you can shop anytime you want. There's also a 7-Eleven just a 3 minute walk from the share house!
Access is good, and the environment is very safe. Nearby is Hikarigaoka Park, where you can enjoy nature on your days off.
