This is a free-standing house with a total of 9 rooms. The south side of the house has great sunshine as there is no high buildings to obstruct the view. Not only is the nearby station convenient for commuting to work or school, but there are also super markets and convenience stores near the station, making it perfect for shopping on the way home. It’s also only 15 minutes from Takadanobaba station (1 station next to Shinjuku) taking the Seibu Line Rapid. There is a high school that’s often quite lively behind the house. We recommend talking a walk through the nearby park.
