The house is a 15-minute walk from Kami-Itabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line and a 15-minute walk from Shimura-Sanchome Station on the Toei Mita Line.
If you feel that it might be a little far, you can rent a bicycle at the house or use your own bicycle! Of course, bicycle parking at the house is free of charge.

If you take the Tobu Tojo Line, you can get to Ikebukuro Station in 14 minutes without changing trains.
Shinjuku and Shibuya can be reached within 10 minutes from Ikebukuro, so playing or commuting to work or school seems to be no problem.

If you take the Toei Mita Line, you can get to Otemachi Station in 26 minutes. This is a great location for those who commute to central Tokyo.
Also, those who take the Shinkansen back home can take the Shinkansen from Otemachi (Tokyo) Station, so occasional trips back home don't seem to be too much of a hassle.

My personal recommendation is Sugamo Station, a 13-minute train ride from Shimura 3-chome. You can transfer to the Yamanote Line, so you can get anywhere in Tokyo very easily!
Both Kami-Itabashi and Shimura-Sanchome stations are surrounded by a very prosperous area.
There are supermarkets and pharmacies as well as family restaurants and fast food restaurants, so daily life in the area is easy.
Near Kamiitabashi station, there is the main store of "Nakamoto" which is well-known for its hot and spicy ramen noodles. It would be fun to go there with your house mates.
There is a Round One near the house, so house events are sure to be held here!

Each unit has its own kitchen, and there is even a women's room!
The house is divided into units of 4~5 rooms each.
Each unit is equipped with a washing machine, shower, and wash stand.
There is also a sink, so you can wash the tumblers you use every day or cook a late-night meal when you wake up in the middle of the night without going to the kitchen.
The four-room units also have a living room with a TV, so it would be fun to have a party with just the people in the unit.
Each unit also has its own balcony, so you can hang your laundry to dry. If you have a lot of clothes, try choosing a room with storage equipment or large storage space!
The rooms are furnished with desks and chairs, air conditioners, beds, and refrigerators so you can start living right away.
We are also planning to prepare rooms with luxurious desks and chairs for remote workers. Large monitors can be placed, and the chairs will support you for long hours of work without getting tired (it's called a high-grade room, so please check it out*).
