Kuramae Sharhouse

Kuramae Sharhouse has two floors. There are two bathrooms, two showers (one being a mixed shower/bath), washing machine, shared living space with a table & TV, and microwave. Each individual room has a sink, cooking stovetop, and fridge/freezer.

What is Kuramae like?

It is a conveniently-located area near Asakusa, Ueno and Ryougoku. It is only an 8 minute walk to both Asakusabashi Station and Kuramae Station.

It is a pleasant area to walk around with many fashionable cafes, attractions, traditional stores, and a river walkway along the Sumida River.

[Service Fee]
5000 yen (+3000 yen if 2 people share a private room)
*Includes utilities for common areas and internet. Also includes toilet paper, detergent, other daily necessities, and the cost of cleaning the common area by a contractor once a week.
Electricity and gas used in private rooms must be contracted separately.

There is no renewal fee, no cleaning fee when moving out etc.
Permanent damage such as making a hole in the wall will have an associated fee
[House rules]
Please follow our house rules to keep Kuramae a clean and open space for others. All residents must of course clean up after themselves; however a cleaner will come once a week as well.
Washing and putting away used dishes in the kitchen
Do not leave personal items in the common areas
Do not make too much noise, especially late at night. Close your door and window if your room becomes too loud.
Be courteous when using the bath and washing machine
