“Shared houses are to be enjoyed!” Oakhouse Co.,Ltd. started providing accommodation to foreigners and Japanese returnees since 1992 and has expanded its guest house business, introducing it as a new residential style. Currently we manage guest houses in Tokyo and the surrounding area and provide service in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Swedish and French. We have hosted guests from 82 countries world-wide and around 40% of all our customers are from overseas. We manage everything from apartments to dormitories so there is something for every need. Also, we manage a variety of unique share houses, including female only houses and the revolutionary Social Residence Series, large size high class share houses with up to 260 rooms. The move-in procedure is very simple: just prepare for one month’s rent (and additional ￥10.000 if 2 persons move in together) and ￥30,000 as initial management fee (Note that this is not a deposit). There is no deposit or key money. You can complete all the reservation procedures from overseas (Payment via credit card is available)! Furthermore, if you become a smart member, you can get a maximum ￥20,000 discount on your monthly rent.
