It seems that Swedes take time for FIKA on a daily basis, such as between work, and this share house was named FIKA Toritsu Kasei with the intention of providing a place where residents can take a short break. The concept is to have residents take a relaxing break with coffee in a spacious living room. There are 8 rooms in total, and each room is equipped with home appliances and furniture such as air conditioners, beds, and refrigerators, so you can start living right away. The common area is equipped with al......morel the necessary tools for life, such as microwaves, rice cookers, cooking utensils, and tableware. There are convenience stores and restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the share house, and it is easily accessible from the station and has a very good public safety environment. The stylish cafes and ramen shops nearby are also a way to enjoy the area! It's a fun area to walk around the city ☆ This is a new share house that was renovated in May 2024!
