Sharehouse in Todaimae

Fully furnished private room in architect-designed sharehouse is available. We are looking for someone who likes art, music and architecture.

House: 5 bedrooms in a 5 story building, one toilet, one bathtub and one kitchen with oven. The house is fully renovated by an award-prized young architect. Small sized share house with 5 people in relaxed atmosphere.

Location: located in Bunkyo area, very close to Tokyo university of the Art and Tokyo university (5 minutes' walk). Perfect location for those student. Also walking distance to Yanesen (Yanaka, Nezu and Sendagi), Ueno, and Asakusa. 30 minutes' train distance to almost all area of Tokyo because located in the center of Tokyo. Very sa......morefe and quiet neighborhood with the lowest crime rate in Tokyo. A lot of supermarkets within 5 minutes' walking distance. And here is a very traditional area with a lot of old Japanese building still remained intact including a lot of small shops, shrines and temples.

Public transportation: 4 minutes to Hakusan (Mita-line), 5 minutes to Todaimae (Nanboku-line), 15 minutes to Hongo (Marunouchi-line), and 15 minutes to Kasuga (Oedo-line). The house is geographically located in the center of Tokyo, which means very easy access to everywhere in Tokyo.

Tenant privilege: The owner has a house in Nagano, where you can come anytime and enjoy a lot of activities such as ski/snowboard in winter, autumn leaf in autumn, and hiking in Spring and canoe/fishing in Summer. You can also do remote working.

House atmosphere: Everyone is independent, but sometimes go out together, cook together, invite friends to the house to have a party.

Tenant requirement: You must like living here if your characteristic matches the followings because other tenants are also the same.
- clean and tidy
- chill and relaxed
- can care about others to live comfortably with other room mates
- responsible enough to follow the house rules
- can clean by yourself after use
- like art, music, architecture, painting, design
Long-term only (more than 6 months minimum and prioritize 1 year or longer).
