Ariya House Takinogawa

Ariya House Takinogawa is a women-only shared house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's a stylish and beautiful shared house just a 6-minute walk from Itabashi Station and a 4-minute walk from Shin-Itabashi Station. It's also conveniently located, with Ikebukuro just 4 minutes away via the Saikyo Line, Shinjuku 10 minutes away, and Shibuya 16 minutes away.

All rooms are private, equipped with an air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, desk, chair, and unlimited internet and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove and encourages residents to cook. A deposit of 20,000 yen is required and will be refunded upon move-out. Utilities are included except for the electricit......morey bill for each room, which is estimated to be between 1000 yen and 2000 yen per month.

The rooms are ideal for students or working professionals, with a preferred rental period of at least three months. The residents are friendly and relaxed, and we are seeking individuals between the ages of 20 and 40 to join us in creating a fun and cheerful shared living experience.
