Ariya house is in quiet residential area, just 4 minutes’ walk from Sengoku station on Toeimita line and 10 minutes’ walk from Sugamo station JR Yamamote Line. It is for an ideal location for people to go to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku and for work or school. All the rooms are private rooms and come with keys. They are furnished with an air conditioner, refrigerator, LCD television, desk, and chair. The house also has an IH system kitchen. Utility expenses such as water & gas, and electricity of common space are included. Electricity bill for your own rooms are not included. There are very few guest houses in Japan, and having experienced the loneliness of single life I decided to start a guest house of my own. I'd like to create a guest house where you'll always be greeted with welcome back when you come home.
