This is the real Traditional Japanese style.

East, West, Old and New are mixed in this house.
Basically it is an old building so if you like shiny share house like new building you may not be able to meet your wishes.
We set reasonable rent accordingly. In addition, there is an unbearable antique atmosphere for those who like old Japanese houses.
Furniture made in good old days is equipped. You will forget to that now is 21st Century.

Iori Meidaimae A and B stand in the residential area where public safety is good and depart from the hustle an......mored bustle of Meidaimae Station, which is also known for its many cheap shops in Tokyo's biggest student street.

Each of the two share houses on the same premises has its own unique characteristics.
Want to live as cheaply as possible & like retro atmosphere: Meidaimae A
First time living in sharehouse or want to live in a beautiful house with renovation: Meidaimae B is recommended.

【Residence conditions】
· Minimum contract period is 10 MONTHS.　
Penalty fee (= Rent + Utility Fee for one month) will occur for cancellation within the period.
· Who can contract within two weeks from application.
· Who can communicate with other sharemates and enjoy together.
