We are a real estate venture business based in Shibuya that provides designs and manages the renovation of pre-existing buildings as well as partial renovations. Our business provides advanced service catering to the needs of the times without being held down by traditional real estate customs. Everyone in our company embraces the spirit of sharing and team work. While the sense of community that comes with a share house is appealing, to maintain a comfortable living environment there need to be rules and a spirit of self-governing suitable to residents. Please be advised that there will be an interview for those who wish to move in.
