About Fees and Charges

What are the initial costs for moving in?

2 month's rent(one is for deposit and another for next month'rent)
If you do not use a guarantor company, the deposit is equal to 2 months' rent.

The monthly rent includes JPY 15,000 per resident as a common service fee allocated toward electricity, gas, and water charges.
If the total actual cost of electricity, gas, and water for the house exceeds the total amount collected as common service fees for the relevant billing period, the excess amount may be charged additionally and divided equally among all residents occupying the house during that billing period.
