My goal in life is to investigate what will make people happy in regards to dealing with real estate so that clients are able to do business with peace of mind. To that end, although the rules I have put in place are the absolute minimum necessary, they are fairly loose so that residents find it easy to live in our share housing. The inside of the share house has been completely renovated so it’s spotless, but we are planning to remodel the outside after receiving feedback from residents. From the outside looking in it may seem unthinkable to live with a bunch of strangers, but with “fun,” “comfort,” and “growth” as the main focus in our share house, we aim to make the residents, the manager, and even the owner happy while valuing communication.
