We, Daiwa Life Next, as a member of the Daiwa House Group, manage over 230,000 condominiums. Our mission is to "energise people, towns and lifestyles". We are constantly creating new products and services without being bound by precedent or convention. L-commu provides a place for tenants to communicate with each other; we listen to them, respond to their needs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase word of mouth and repeat business. The name reflects our desire to achieve such two-way communication between tenants and our company. We will use the know-how and knowledge we have developed in the 40 years since our establishment to provide services that are one step ahead of our customers, as the closest presence in their lives.
